Return Process

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it within a protective shipping mailer or carton.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
